This compact character home located in the heart of Bridgeland had always been functional enough for our clients, but after adding a fourth tiny member to their family (well, technically the fifth – we can’t forget their dog, Stan), they realized they needed their main floor to work even harder for them.
SIZE – 410 Sq.Ft
AREA – Partial Main Floor
By opening up the kitchen, we allowed for more functional storage opportunities, as well as the opportunity to keep an eye on their two young kiddos from anywhere on the main floor. Every inch of space was maximized for storage and display. The dedicated office nook is centralized for those busy days of working from home while juggling family demands.
Our clients are creative as well as practical, so the finish selections had to be attractive, innovative and easy to use. The Dekton countertops are a breeze to maintain, the sturdy oak hardwood withstands the wheels of toy trucks & trains, and the flat paneled cabinetry is a cinch to wipe down after a family cooking extravaganza.
This newly revitalized level of the home now provides flexible space for living and lounging, cooking and dining, as well as homeworking and working-from-home. … There’s even a sunny spot for puppy naps, so Stan approves too.
