1. Let’s Talk About It

This first conversation helps us understand your goals, priorities and lifestyle so we can start building a plan that feels right from the beginning.

2. Preliminary Design

Our design team measures, draws and develops early concepts that begin to reimagine the space.

You will see layouts and visuals that show how it can function better, feel more considered and better support the way you use it.

3. High-Level Estimate

With an initial plan and scope in place, we gather trade input and prepare a High-Level Estimate.

This is an important checkpoint. It helps make sure we are aligned financially before moving deeper into design, giving you the confidence to refine the plan or move ahead.

4. Design Development

This is where the project gets resolved in detail.

Drawings, materials, millwork, finishes and functionality are developed together so the design is both beautifully considered and technically sound before construction begins.

5. Final Proposal

Once the details are confirmed, we compile the Final Proposal with firm trade quotes and specifications.

This complete package establishes the finalized scope and budget before construction begins.

6. Construction Start

Now the project comes to life.

With a coordinated schedule and dedicated Site Lead, construction begins with clear communication and oversight. Buildertrend keeps you connected to the project as work progresses.

7. Pre-Drywall Walk-Through

Before the walls close, we walk through the project together to review framing, layout, electrical and mechanical decisions.

It is a chance to make sure everything behind the scenes matches the plan before we move forward.

8. Budget Check-In

Midway through construction, we review the budget together.

Allowances, selections and any changes are discussed clearly so everyone understands where the project stands before the final stages.

9. Final Walk-Through

After a professional construction clean, we walk through the finished space together, review the completion list and make sure the final details feel right.
