What does a home renovation cost in Calgary?

Every home is different, but these are useful planning ranges for the types of renovations we typically take on:

Kitchen or focused renovation	$100,000 to $200,000+
Main-floor renovation	$200,000 to $400,000+
Whole-home renovation	$350,000 to $750,000+
Major renovation and addition	$500,000 to $1M+

These are planning ranges rather than quotes. The age and condition of your home, structural work, size of the project, level of finish, custom millwork and complexity of the design can all affect the final investment.

We would rather have the budget conversation early and honestly than surprise you later.

Before design moves too far, we help establish a realistic investment range for the scope you are considering. Costs are revisited as the plans develop and again as selections and details are finalized, so you can make informed decisions throughout the process, not discover the real number at the end.

Sometimes the right answer is to transform the home you already have. Sometimes the scope has grown to the point where building new makes more sense.
