What does a custom home cost in Calgary?

Custom home costs vary considerably depending on the size and complexity of the home, site conditions, architectural scope, level of finish and amount of custom millwork.

Suggested planning ranges:

Custom infill home	$1M to $1.5M+ construction
Large or highly customized home	$1.5M to $2.5M+ construction
Luxury custom home or complex acreage home	$2M to $4M+

Land, demolition, major site work and certain consultant or municipal costs may be additional depending on the project.
