Once a garage loft of crowded rooms and a non-functional kitchen and bath, this suite is now designed to accommodate both work and dwelling. The open floor plan currently supports a desk, but is configurable to host a future dining and bedroom space complete with a semi-private living zone separated by the double-sided open bookcase.

Circa 1970s fabric on the custom upholstered (13 feet long!!) window seat, handmade zellige/penny round mosaic, and eclectic client-supplied fixtures give this space the classic comic book feel it deserves, ready to fill the lives of its occupants with nothing short of happiness and sunshine.
