Entrance to the Suite is granted from the shared outdoor space and internal garage entry and is filled to the brim with custom integrated storage solutions to accommodate a significantly smaller square footage. Brilliant natural light flows in from expansive exterior windows and skylights, bringing its natural materials to life and lending a spacious feel to the one bedroom, one bathroom home.

The love of warmth from wood is shared between the Main House and Suite, with the differentiating factor between the two being the soul of the artist inhabiting the Suite. Special consideration was given to selecting neutral finishes that allowed the Suite to take on the vivid life and art of our client, further enhanced by unique construction details such as the gallery staircase, canvas storage space, punchy accent tiles, and plenty of space for plant life.
